At AIB International, we prioritize food safety and quality; therefore, we accept returns on non-perishable goods and equipment within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, certain food-grade ingredients and perishable items may not be eligible for return once the seal is broken.

Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet safety standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
